Title:  Treasury - Temporary Student Support

Join us at WK Kellogg Co as a Treasury - Temporary Student Support!  You’ll work closely with the treasury team focusing on cashflow, FX, reconciliations and claims.

This position is a part-time Temporary Student Support (TSS) assignment that runs mid-May through April 2026 with the potential for an extension. This position is hybrid and averages approximately 30 hours per week May through early August and 15-20 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters (mid-August 2025 through April 2026). Hours do not have to be consecutive; they can be spread throughout the week.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assist Senior Financial Analyst with cashflow forecast updating.
• Assist weekly benefits Claims processing and quarterly reconciliations
• Coordinate with banks for new account opening, related documentation and any Know-your-customer (KYC) requests
• Prepare data points for important projects like Treasury Management System (TMS) go live for cashflow/bank account maintenance/bank charges management.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliation for treasury accounts.
• Maintain and manage Treasury inbox by allocating queries and responding to banking queries internally and coordinating with banks externally.
• Assist and work with the team on TMS cleanup project/ other cleanup or process improvements.
• Forex contract maintenance and management by acting as FX back office on entering new contract/maturity.
• Coordinate with Cash management to get the Accounting Playbook up and running.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at an accredited college or university working toward a degree in accounting or business-related field. Juniors, Seniors and Master’s degree students preferred
• Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work effectively in teams
• Excellent organizational skills are required
