About This Role

Join our team as a Food Process Operator at our Belleville, Ontario facility, where you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality food products that our customers know and love.  This full-time, hourly role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing.
  • Perform routine quality and safety checks, basic troubleshooting, and equipment changeovers to meet production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Accurately record production data and communicate effectively through the shift and during shift transitions.
  • Collaborate within a high-performance team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting cross-functional operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in environments with heat, humidity, wet/slippery, or dusty conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing or Technology, or completion of a Food Process Operator Apprenticeship Program.
  • 2+ years of in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  •  Familiarity with basic equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts or flexible hours as needed.
