HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead a team to support the Supply Chain Finance team at WK.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Finance team to post journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications.
• Perform monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Handle ad-hoc financial requests and provide proactive solutions to improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and standardize processes.
• Act as an owner, taking initiative to enhance procedures and meet leadership needs.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably with SAP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of financial models and the ability to simplify complex ideas for various audiences.
• A passion for learning and growing, with a strong business acumen.
• Experience managing people and driving team success.
