Come join our team as an Account Executive at WK Kellogg Co. supporting our Cereal Business. You will use your stellar sales and planning experience to manage key relationships. Uncovering unique opportunities, you will deliver incremental volume with the identified customers.  This role is fully remote.  We are looking for top talent to support our Central / South Central, US who resides in close proximity of a major airport to allow for seamless travel (up to 25%) to customers. On our team, we focus on close collaboration – both with each other and our customers. With an owner's mindset, you will directly call on customers HQ buyers and work with the field sales team to deliver market-leading customer plans and growth strategies, while managing trade dollars within assigned budgets, to execute customer-specific trade plans.

With an eye for all the details, you’ll maintain the records and reports necessary to comply with company, government and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes.

 

 YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or related field, or 3 – 5 years of proven experience in related field required.
  • Experience in engaging with buyers and category managers at the headquarters level.
  • Ability to develop, present, and execute comprehensive customer plans.
  • Proficiency in understanding market dynamics, forecasting results, and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of trade, retail operations, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, coupled with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Clean motor vehicle history with no more than two moving violations within the last 36 months.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing trade dollars within assigned budgets.

 

Salary Range: $89,680.00 - $117,705.00 USD 

 

Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level.  Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
