As a Plant Finance Analyst, you will ensure Kellogg’s financial viability while working hand in hand with our Leadership team at our Lancaster, PA manufacturing facility.  You will interact directly with our Finance and Plant Operations teams to provide analytical support around production trends and inventory analysis. While you are at it you’ll be building your network and expertise in a thriving environment of professional development and teamwork. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

• Analyzing Data – You’ll be the team’s primary analytic resource, performing moderately complex financial analyses and detail-oriented reports for management.  Does this bring out the Tiger in you?
• Providing Insights – As the expert, you’ll process daily production execution, provide trending on operational performance, lead the physical inventory process of raw and packaging materials, and support the finance department in other ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Maximize Business Processes – You’ll utilize your knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems such as SAP to prepare ad-hoc reporting and performance analytics.  Our success is shaped by you.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance, or business-related field and/or significant related work experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• ERP exposure preferred.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable and purchase orders would be helpful.
• The ability to adapt and be flexible to business needs is essential.
