Advance your career as a Quality and Food Safety Analyst in our Mexicali Plant. You will ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety by supporting and verifying cleaning validations, preparing and reviewing quality procedures, training staff, and conducting thorough audits and monitoring activities. This role is integral in maintaining compliance with quality programs, ensuring product design integrity, and safeguarding against food safety incidents.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Validate and support cleaning processes.
- Prepare and annually review quality procedures, records, and documents.
- Train staff on Prerequisite Programs and procedures.
- Verify and audit preventive controls.
- Monitor the implementation of KWS phases.
- Ensure compliance with Quality programs and product design.
- Prepare and monitor Process Control Procedures and records.
- Conduct audits and monitor critical parameters.
- Track and analyze QFS results and indicators.
- Capture and review PES data daily.
- Conduct BPM and quality audits.
- Participate in DDS 2 meetings.
- Monitor rework and product sampling.
- Track food safety incidents and "C" defects.
- Oversee material reception.
- Conduct Food Defense Gemba walks.
- Support materials and microbiology sample handling.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related field.
English proficiency (70%).
No experience needed.
