  • Organize integration events, community programs, and partnerships with government and nonprofit organizations to foster a strong workplace culture.
  • Conduct and act on engagement surveys, ensuring continuous improvement in employee satisfaction.

Payroll & Employee Services

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including pre-payroll reviews and compliance checks.
  • Monitor employee services, including transportation, cafeteria services, and workplace amenities, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and feedback between HR and other departments.
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining HR budget efficiency.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years as an HR Manager.
  • Strong labor relations expertise, with in-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws (LFT, IMSS, STPS regulations), payroll processes, and employee benefits.
Proven experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and workforce stability strategies.
  • Training and development leadership, ensuring both compliance and quality in employee growth programs.
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring and managing employee services, including transportation and cafeteria programs.
