Advance Your Career as a Production Supervisor in Our Mexicali Plant. As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead our operational team to achieve safety, service, quality, and cost goals. You'll foster a collaborative culture focused on KIWS and drive the development of both human and technical skills.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage shift resources (people and materials)
• Execute production and cleaning plans
• Monitor raw material usage
• Conduct AM Skill Matrix training
• Audit compliance with AM steps
• Ensure adherence to SW protocols (boardboards, reports, daily meetings)
• Lead workshops with equipment owners
• Provide AM coaching training and monitor compliance
• Update AM documents and quality system operations
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings (KAIZEN, ACR, WORKSHOP)
• Conduct Gemba walks
• Attend DDS meetings
• Follow AM-DMS procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Three years of experience as a supervisor or backup supervisor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Conversational English skills
