Join WK Kellogg Co in Mexicali as a Senior Production Head and lead the way in delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing operations. You’ll coordinate a team of supervisors to meet key performance goals in safety, service, cost, quality, and productivity — all while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead and align the production supervision team to meet daily operational goals in safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Promote a strong safety culture by supporting and implementing safety policies and initiatives to reduce operational risks and achieve zero accidents.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and support HR strategies to make Mexicali Plant a great place to work.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in the production process and leading projects that enhance operational results.
• Support the quality strategy by ensuring compliance with company standards in product quality, sanitation, and food safety.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to reduce unplanned downtime and ensure reliable equipment performance.
• Coordinate the execution of innovation plans within the production area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Engineering (or a related field).
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing operations environment.
• You have advanced English communication skills — both written and spoken.
• You’re knowledgeable in manufacturing and maintenance processes, and experienced with Lean tools and methodologies.
• You’re a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results through teamwork and continuous improvement.
