HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Let’s Get Technical – As you will be contributing to the technical improvements on site. We are looking to you to oversee the facility envelope, infrastructure and utility components that support our production systems to help in the delivery of our overall business goals.
- Stay Compliant – Safety and Food safety are our top priorities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility envelope and utility systems in compliance with all regulations. This involves ensuring life safety systems are compliant, always keeping the plant in proper sanitary condition, and keeping the utility systems within all safety and food safety policies and procedures.
- Develop, Budget, Execute – On a variety of things. This means that you will develop a variety of utility plans, manage the facility/infrastructure budget accordingly and drive the subsequent execution those plans. You will also be accountable for implementing preventative maintenance procedures within your assigned area, including delegating the work effectively across all the plant services.
- Be an Energy Leader – What does that mean? Well, you will be responsible for identifying areas of utility efficiency while supporting energy efficient consumption onsite through operations team. Basically, an Energy Leader will be leading the way in energy saving initiatives for the Omaha team.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a technical field, or significant experience in related area
- Management experience in a technical capacity
- Knowledge of Relevant Regulations and Building Codes
- Troubleshooting on Industrial Equipment
- Comprehensive technical background in a related field or role
- A successful candidate will have experience with utility equipment:
- Boilers / Pressure Vessels
- Chillers / Cooling Towers
- Air Compressors / Dryers
- Fire Protection Systems
- HVAC / Ventilation Systems
- Roofing / Wall Envelope Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Project management, communication, budgeting, and excellent human relations skills
- Self-Driven work ethic
