Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? Join our dynamic team in Querétaro as a Finance Professional specializing in Cash Management. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely cash flow across multiple legal entities in the region, while also supporting internal controls, audits, and compliance with corporate policies.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Reconciliation Management: Proactively manage reconciliations with a risk-based approach, ensuring aged items are addressed, timelines are met, and any issues are escalated promptly.
  • Treasury Support: Collaborate with the corporate treasury team to manage bank platforms effectively.
  • FIS Tool Management: Oversee the automatic posting process using FIS tools.
  • Accurate Accounting: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes across functions and business units.
  • Month-End Closing: Lead the month-end closing process to ensure all financials are properly accounted for.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Balance Verification: Assist in maintaining correct ending balances among legal entities.
  • Audit Support: Provide timely responses to internal and external audit inquiries.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Leadership & Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Internal Control & SOX Compliance: Support internal control processes, including SOX 404 compliance. 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Administration, or Finance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance role.
