We believe that doing good is always good for business and we have stood for this since Kellogg Company was founded more than 119 years ago. We are passionate about doing our part to make nutritious foods, create social connectivity and respect natural resources. Together, these actions create positive progress for people and the planet – today and for years to come. We have big plans for how we are going to accomplish this, and we would love you to join us in this effort.

Join WKKC in Querétaro as a Continuous Improvement Intern and be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and efficiency across business operations. You'll help track key performance metrics, support impactful meetings, bring process improvement ideas to life, and work on real initiatives that reduce waste and boost performance — all in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

·        Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.

·        Help prepare and organize monthly operations meetings by ensuring all data and materials are up to date.

·        Support performance reviews by analyzing KPI trends and helping define action plans.

·        Join the Innovation & Improvement Committee to bring new ideas to life and manage improvement initiatives.

·        Create and update process flowcharts to ensure clarity and efficiency.

·        Analyze processes to identify and reduce waste in GBS operations.

·        Support the governance of the IES structure by keeping processes aligned and well-documented.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

·        You’re a passionate bachelor’s student in Industrial Engineering, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real business improvements.

·        You’re fluent in both English and Spanish — written and spoken — and confident in communicating with diverse teams.

·        You’re skilled with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and use them to bring structure and insights to your work.

·        You have active medical coverage, either through your university’s facultative insurance, a major medical expenses policy, or similar.

·        You’re available to support our team 25 to 30 hours per week, combining your studies with meaningful hands-on experience in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
