Are you ready to kickstart your career in Finance? At WK Kellogg Co, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern to join our team in Querétaro. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting monthly close activities, financial systems, and corporate finance operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Supporting account reconciliations in Cadency (reviewing accounts, managing user access, handling special requests).

• Assisting with monthly close activities: downloading reports, checking balances, and reviewing transactions in SAP.

• Building and maintaining pivot tables and Excel databases for financial analysis.

• Organizing financial data and helping track action items and deliverables.

• Supporting general administrative tasks: email follow-ups, document updates, and internal communications.

• Collaborating on corporate finance initiatives, including creating presentations and support materials.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• You’re a bachelor’s student in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (currently enrolled and with availability to work part-time).

• You’re analytical, organized, and eager to learn.

• You’re comfortable working with Excel (bonus points for pivot tables!) and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Prior experience with SAP or account reconciliation tools is a plus, but not a must.

• You communicate fluently in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
