WK Kellogg Co. is seeking a driven and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team in Querétaro. In this key leadership role, you will oversee financial and accounting operations, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of end-to-end processes. Responsibilities include team management, regulatory compliance, external audits, intercompany reconciliations, and supervision of banking transactions. You will ensure adherence to corporate policies (GAAP, SOX) and quality standards, while providing strategic and operational support to the organization. 

 

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Build strong partnerships with Finance and Accounting teams, including Controllers and leadership groups.
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across end-to-end finance operations.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues related to finance processes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Regularly review and update process documentation, training materials, and internal controls.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field that provides solid preparation for a Finance & Accounting role.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate across different levels of the organization.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with SAP, Anaplan, or BPC systems.
  • Familiarity with WK Kellogg Co.’s business operations and structure.
  • Experience driving process improvements and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance frameworks (e.g., GAAP, SOX).
