Join WKKC in Querétaro as an HR Generalist and help shape a consistent, compliant, and people-focused experience across North America. In this hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), you’ll support HR operations for Mexico, Canada, the U.S., and Puerto Rico — ensuring policies are applied fairly, data is managed securely, and employees receive timely, accurate support. You’ll be part of a collaborative team driving HR excellence across borders.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Ensure accurate documentation of HR activities and maintain employee data in systems like SAP and Workday, always aligned with privacy laws and internal policies.
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects that enhance compliance, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via the MyHR email box and phone line.
- Support employment verification processes, including I-9 forms and subpoenas.
- Assist with unemployment claims as part of leave management support.
- Provide back-office support for recruitment activities.
- Draft and manage employee business letters.
- Track and process payments for various HR services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You bring 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to multi-country or regional HR operations.
- You’re bilingual in English and Spanish, and confident communicating across diverse teams and cultures.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a high-impact HR team in a hybrid work model.
