Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? Join our dynamic team in Querétaro as an Invoice to Cash Analyst.. In this role, you’ll manage the full ITC process to maximize cash flow, ensuring timely payments and resolving deductions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering against SLA’s and KPI’s, while promoting a customer-focused culture. The role involves identifying root causes of payment issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance within a strong control framework to achieve operational excellence.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Customer & Collections Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a solid understanding of their policies and WK Kellogg’s terms of sale.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure invoices are received and payments are in progress.
  • Resolve aged receivables and invalid deductions by coordinating with internal teams and external buyers.
  • Manage various types of deductions, including pricing, shipment, and miscellaneous deductions.
  • Handle order holds and releases and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

 

Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure adherence to WK Kellogg’s ITC policies and compliance standards (GAAP, SOX, audit).
  • Conduct trend analysis to improve processes and systems.
  • Consistently meet performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

 

Innovation & Skill Development:

  • Continuously build skills through training and share best practices with peers.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and support efficiency and quality initiatives.
  • Assist in system testing and pilots before implementing major changes.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience (collections, deductions, or customer service).
  • Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
