Are you ready to make an impact on Finance? WK Kellogg Co is looking for an Invoice to Cash (ITC) Specialist to join our team at the IES Office in Querétaro. This is a great opportunity to support a multifunctional finance and controls team, playing a key role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our Order to Cash operations.
In this role, you will contribute to critical finance processes such as SOX controls, audits, deductions, accruals, and accounts receivable analysis. You’ll support both internal and external audits, help drive cash flow improvement initiatives and generate data-driven insights that enable better business decisions.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provide financial guidance on ITC processes, ensuring alignment with accounting principles and internal controls.
- Review, establish, and monitor controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies in new and existing processes.
- Drive standardization of Order to Cash processes and policies across the organization.
- Identify and challenge inefficiencies within current sub-processes to improve performance.
- Monitor and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities in Accounts Receivable to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of special information requests related to key controls, internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Own and execute SOX 404 control testing to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Support external audit processes by preparing and providing relevant documentation related to ITC controls.
- Perform financial analysis on deductions, receivables, accruals, write-offs, and trade spend.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support efforts to optimize cash flow.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or similar functions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication, collaboration, and customer service orientation
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and Invoice to Cash processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
Preferred:
- Experience in a Shared Services environment
- Exposure to Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Experience leading or supporting teams
- Background in internal or external audit
