Take your career to the next level! WK Kellogg Co. is looking for an Invoice to Cash (ITC) Supervisor to lead a team of Account Analysts in our Querétaro office. In this role, you’ll oversee the ITC process, drive improvements, and maximize cash flow while fostering strong customer relationships.

 

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

Lead & Optimize ITC Operations

  • Ensure on-time cash collection and resolve escalated disputes with customers, sales, and internal teams.
  • Identify root causes for past-due invoices and implement solutions to improve KPIs and SLAs.
  • Oversee third-party service providers to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform credit risk analysis, conduct annual credit reviews, and recommend mitigation strategies for high-risk accounts.
  • Manage bankruptcies within established guidelines (U.S. & Canada).

 

Drive People & Performance

  • Develop and mentor your team, ensuring they have the skills and tools to succeed.
  • Set individual and team targets to improve ITC performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of learning, process excellence, and continuous improvement.

 

Ensure Compliance & Reporting

  • Monitor and enforce ITC policies, GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
  • Analyze payment trends, reduce bad debt, and defend against financial losses.
  • Generate key reports to support collections and account reconciliation.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or ITC operations.
  • Supervisory experience leading teams and driving performance.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • ERP systems proficiency and MS Office expertise.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
