Before You Apply

- Next, you will meet with the Hiring Team — either virtually or in person.
- We use behavioral-based interview questions to learn more about how you think, solve problems and collaborate.
- Use the BAR method (Background, Action, Result) to structure your responses.
- Be ready to discuss your work history, accomplishments and what excites you about the role.
- Ask questions that help you understand the team, expectations and culture.
- Your recruiter will follow up with updates on your status and next steps.
