As Temporary Student Support - Account Sales on the Regional Wholesale Team, you will be performing a mixture of administrative duties and ongoing project support work. Directly partnering with and supporting the Key Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to assist with contractual agreements, marketing selling material, and other promotional events with retail customers.  Having an “owner’s mindset” paired with your initiative and curiosity will take you a long way! You will be encouraged to pursue opportunities to engage in a collaborative environment, sharpening your business acumen.

 

This position is a part-time Temporary Student Support (TSS) assignment that runs through April 2025 with the potential for an extension. Overall, this role averages 15 -20 hours per week. Hours do not have to be consecutive; they can be spread throughout the week. This position is remote – eligible locations include AL, AR, DC, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, VA, WI, CT and WV.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • The Daily Grind – You will work with a team of Account Executives to create and communicate innovation and promotion plans to key retailers, meeting specific due dates to ensure on shelf placement and in store ad execution. Clear, detailed, and consistent communication is key!
  • Collaboration is Key – In this role, you will be partnering with the Account Executive team and Regional Wholesalers and Retailer contacts to organize, manage, and execute contractual and promotional retailer needs in a timely manner.
  • Customer Systems/Reporting You will be responsible for learning external customer portal for contractual inputs and internal documentation. 
  • Special Projects – Constructing selling material, compiling survey returns, and processing invoices/tracking invoices. 

 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at an accredited college or university working toward a degree in a business-related field.
  • Sophomore or Junior status
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing market needs
