Advance Your Career as an Invoice to Cash Advisor at WK Kellogg Co (Querétaro Office). As an Collections Senior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (ITC) process for strategic customers. Your work will help maximize cash flow, resolve complex issues, and deliver a seamless customer experience—all while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Serve as the ITC point of contact for strategic customers and sales teams
• Manage collections and resolve aged receivables, deductions, and post-audit claims
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, audit requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain focus on achieving and surpassing established KPIs and metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, deductions, or customer service
• Strong knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash processes and best practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment

Preferred:

• Experience in shared services or multinational environments
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or LEAN methodologies
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes and tools
