Advance Your Career as an Invoice to Cash Analyst – Coding at WK Kellogg Co (Querétaro Office).  As an Invoice to Cash Analyst – Coding, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate coding and documentation for deductions within the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process. You’ll partner with internal and external customers to resolve coding gaps, drive compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives—all while creating a seamless customer experience.

 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Serve as the ITC point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure deduction submissions comply with policy
  • Manage and resolve the end-to-end coding process for deductions
  • Facilitate ITC problem resolution and ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, audit requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain focus on achieving and surpassing established metrics
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends and resolve ITC issues 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (collections, deductions, or customer service)
  • Knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash processes, best practices, and tools
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
