Advance your career and make a meaningful impact as a Continuos Improvement Manager at our Querétaro office. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive operational excellence within the WKKC IES organization by implementing the Kellogg Work System (KWS) principles. Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhance user experiences, and deliver measurable efficiency gains across processes and teams.

This role requires strategic oversight of key initiatives, performance metrics, and governance, while maintaining the organization’s budget and aligning efforts with IES-BU priorities. Success will be measured by your ability to execute high-impact projects and improve customer satisfaction scores.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Lead site administration efforts through KWS programs such as OGSM, DSHs, and monthly results tracking.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with process leads to embed a CI mindset, identify transformation opportunities, and implement sustainable improvements across end-to-end processes.
  • Measure and Enhance Customer Experience: Develop tools and strategic plans to address feedback, improve CSX scores, and ensure actionable insights.
  • Lead Key Initiatives: Build business cases, secure resources, track progress, and deliver sustainable outcomes for critical projects.
  • Manage Budgets: Monitor and report on the WKKC IES organization budget to ensure financial alignment and transparency.
  • Benchmark and Innovate: Compare performance against external organizations, identify trends, and propose solutions to keep WK Kellogg Co. ahead of the curve.
  • Foster Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships, influence change, and maintain alignment with internal and external partners.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a service delivery center or similar environment.
  • Proven success in leading continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Prior experience in a multinational organization, collaborating across diverse teams and locations.

Key Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive in a data-driven environment and manage processes effectively.
